All prices listed on our website and our order pages are in U.S. Dollars. If you are using a credit card from a Canadian (or other international) bank, your credit card company will convert your order total on your credit card statement to Canadian Dollars (or other foreign currency) based on the conversion rate at the time of your order.

We understand that some Internet purchases are not perfect and we're happy to exchange your product for something that is! (or a different size/color) Please call our customer service department at (877) 852-8457 and we'll give you full instructions & provide an RA number to include with your returned product.
If your original purchase qualified for free return shipping, your original box contains a prepaid return shipping label. To make a return, package the item(s) securely in the original box and place the return shipping label over the original label. Drop your package off with an appropriate shipping carrier and be sure to keep a copy of your invoice and tracking number. If you do not have the original box or a return label, please send your item back in a traceable manner (UPS, FedEx, etc.) to the following address:e-Rudy Returns

* Original packaging should be returned or a repacking fee will be deducted from your credit. If you received a promotional item(s) with your original purchase, this promotional item(s) should be returned or we'll deduct the retail value of the promotional item(s) from your credit. Product returned for credit must be in 100% resalable condition and show no signs of wear or use.
** Prescription sunglass warranties should be taken to the Eyecare Professional that dispensed your eyewear. If you ordered your Rx sunglasses directly through our website, please contact our customer service department at (877) 852-8457 and we’ll be happy to assist you with this.

Two Way Shipping
All orders that qualify for two way shipping will receive instructions in the box on how to take advantage of the return shipping. (if need be...)
Daily Order Cut Off Time
Any order submitted and/or received after 3pm Pacific or 6pm Eastern will ship on the following business day. All orders ship from our warehouse in Southern California and take apx. 5-7 business days to arrive on the East Coast. If you live in the West, your order will most likely arrive within 2 or 3 business days.
Overnight Shipping Terms
Overnight shipping is only available in the continental United States and is not guaranteed to be delivered the next business day. (some rural areas) e-Rudy is not responsible for deliveries that do not arrive overnight. Overnight orders placed on Friday could be processed the following business day based on the cut off time defined above. (We do not offer Saturday delivery) Any order that contains a Rudy Project helmet does not qualify for FREE overnight but you can select overnight shipping and pay an additional $29.99 during checkout.
Delivery Address / Post Office Boxes
Sorry but our carrier does not deliver to P.O. boxes so we'll need a residential or commercial street address to ship your order to.
Alaska / Hawaii / Puerto Rico / Guam Customers
For customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam, we have a flat rate shipping and handling fee (see above) for your entire order. No Overnight shipping option is available for these destinations.
Canadian Shipment Schedule
Canadian shipments leave our warehouse on Tuesday's and Thursday's and typically take up to 7 business days to arrive. If your package has not arrived within 7 business days, please call us so we can track it. Sorry but we do not ship orders to the Canadian province of Nunavut NU.
