We believe Rudy Project sunglasses and goggles are the best in the world from a material, design and workmanship point of view. But words are cheap! To back it up, we have a great warranties against manufacturer's defects and a REPLACEMENT LENS GUARANTEE that allows you to replace damaged lenses for a nominal shipping and handling fee. Rudy Project Sunglass Warranty

Rudy Project sunglasses are warranted by Rudy Project North America for three (3) years from date of purchase against defects in materials and/or workmanship. Rudy Project North America will replace or repair at our option, with proof of purchase, any Rudy Project sunglasses found to be defective during the warranty period. For this warranty to apply, purchases must have been made in the United States, Canada or the Caribbean from an authorized Rudy Project dealer and proof of purchase is required. Purchase made online through unauthorized dealers and/or auctions (i.e. eBay) are NOT covered under our warranty. Only authentic Rudy Project products will be warranted. (Special Edition and Promotional sunglasses which are not Rudy Project brand will have a one (1) year warranty period. i.e. Etyk, Ray, Moove, Le Tour De France models) This warranty shall not apply to any defects or damage caused by improper or unreasonable use of the products. All warranties that are implied by law are also limited for three (3) years from the date of purchase. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Every single Rudy Project helmet bought in North America is covered by a Crash Replacement Guarantee for up to 6 years, as well as up to 3 years against manufacturer defects and workmanship.

6 Year Crash Replacement Guarantee
Athletes who take a spill in their Rudy Project helmet up to six (6) years after date of purchase from an authorized Rudy Project dealer will be offered 55% off a replacement helmet, as well as a bonus free shipping offer for the replacement helmet within the continental U.S. and Canada. Replacement discount is only valid on e-rudy.com toward current catalog items, and will be awarded at our option. If Your Product Is Under Warranty

If Rudy Project North America determines that your product is under warranty, you will be charged a small shipping and processing fee of $24.95 and a new or repaired product will be sent back to you.

If Your Product Is NOT Under Warranty

Rudy Project North America will call you with the options available to you at that time. Please be sure to provide a daytime phone number on the claim form or your return will be delayed.

Substitution of Discontinued Products

If you send a discontinued product to Rudy Project North America for warranty work, we reserve the right to send you a replacement piece of similar style and fit.

Rudy Project Lens Warranty (Replacement Lens Guarantee)

The Rudy Project Replacement Lens Guarantee (RLG) covers all lens damage (e.g., scratching) from use or activity on all RP Optic, Polar 3FX or ImpactX Lenses made by Rudy Project and on products that are in the current year's Product Catalog. RX or Prescription lenses are not covered. Through Rudy Project North America's Replacement Lens Guarantee (RLG), consumers can opt to replace scratched lenses for a nominal processing fee directly through Rudy Project North America.

To Send Damaged Lenses Back for Replacement

To have your lenses replaced under our replacement lens guarantee, please send your damaged lenses and a check for $24.95 ($29.95 for Canadian customers) made out to Rudy Project North America to:

If you are sending more than one set of lenses, please enclose an additional $15.00 ($17.50 for Canadian customers) for each additional set you are having replaced under our RLG policy. We need your complete return mailing address or we'll just send your replacement lenses to the address on your check. (if this address is wrong, you are responsible for additional fees to send a replacement order)

NOTE - You MUST send in your old lenses to process your replacement lens claim (no exceptions).

ALSO - Please help us out with the sunglass/goggle model name and number so we may expedite your replacements as quickly as possible.
