Gift Card Terms & Conditions
The purchase or use of Rudy Project gift cards constitutes agreement to the following terms and conditions. Rudy Project gift cards are redeemable for in-stock merchandise only at
www.e-rudy.com (excluding prescription eyewear orders). Rudy Project gift cards are not redeemable for cash and are not returnable except as required by law. Rudy Project gift cards have no expiration date or fees. Rudy Project is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
Rudy Project promotional Gift Cards received in connection with the purchase of Rudy Project merchandise must be returned if the merchandise is returned. If merchandise is returned without the corresponding Rudy Project Gift Card or with some portion of the value used, either the full value of the Gift Card or an amount equal to the value used, as the case may be, will be deducted from the refund to your credit card.
