3 Year Limited Frame Warranty!

How to Process a Warranty Request
Download & complete the appropriate warranty claim form below and send it along with your product to:

If They Are Under Warranty:
If Rudy Project North America determines that your frames are under warranty, you will be charged a small shipping and processing fee of $19.95 and a new pair (or your pair repaired) will be sent back to you.

If They Are NOT Under Warranty:
Rudy Project North America will call you with the options available to you at that time.

Substitution of Discontinued Sunglasses
If you send a discontinued pair of sunglasses to Rudy Project North America for warranty work, we reserve the right to send you a replacement piece of similar style and fit.

Two Way Shipping
All orders that qualify for two way shipping will receive instructions in the box on how to take advantage of the return shipping. (if need be...)

Daily Order Cut Off Time
Any order submitted and/or received after 3pm Pacific or 6pm Eastern will ship on the following business day. All orders ship from our warehouse in Southern California and take apx. 5-7 business days to arrive on the East Coast. If you live in the West, your order will most likely arrive within 2 or 3 business days.

Overnight Shipping Terms
Overnight shipping is only available in the continental United States and is not guaranteed to be delivered the next business day. (some rural areas) e-Rudy is not responsible for deliveries that do not arrive overnight. Overnight orders placed on Friday could be processed the following business day based on the cut off time defined above. (We do not offer Saturday delivery)

All Helmet, FREE GEAR Deal and Sunglass Combo orders do NOT qualify for free overnight shipping.

Delivery Address / Post Office Boxes
Sorry but our carrier does not deliver to P.O. boxes so we'll need a residential or commercial street address to ship your order to.

Alaska / Hawaii Customers
For customers in Alaska and Hawaii, we have a flat rate shipping and handling fee of $14.95 for your entire order and it will be sent UPS Second Day.

Puerto Rico Customers
For customers in Puerto Rico, we have a flat rate shipping and handling fee of $16.95 for your entire order.

Canadian Shipment Schedule
Canadian shipments leave our warehouse on Tuesday's and Thursday's and typically take up to 7 business days to arrive. If your package has not arrived within 7 business days, please call us so we can track it.
