How to Process a Warranty
To process a warranty claim with Rudy Project Usa, call their customer service department to receive a Return Authorization Number and send your glasses along with this completed Warranty Claim Form to the address listed below:

If They Are Under Warranty:
If Rudy Project USA determines that your frames are under warranty, you will be charged a small shipping and processing fee of $19.95 and a new pair (or your pair repaired) will be sent back to you.

If They Are NOT Under Warranty:
Rudy Project USA will call you with the options available to you at that time.

Substitution of Discontinued Sunglasses
If you send a discontinued pair of sunglasses to Rudy Proejct USA for warranty work, they reserve the right to send you a replacement piece of similar style and fit.
